I attempted to make stuffed sopapillas. My beans and chile came out good but my sopapillas did not rise well. I got a new recipe and a few tricks from nana so hopefully my next batch will come out better.

We took Hunsaker family pictures at a pond in Payson. It rained and I was worried but they came out great. Once I get them from Kim I'll post them.

My neighbor friends and I got out to pedicures and dinner for each girls birthday. It is so fun to get pedicures every few months and spend time with these fun girls.

I love,love. love fall leaves. Russ, Bryce and I took a drive up American Fork Canyon to see them. It was freezing but worth every second.

My office took us to Witch's Night Out at Gardner Village. It was a really fun show and delicious dinner.

Bryce and I went to the Farm at Thanksgiving Point and to Cornbelly's

The night before we went to get Bryce's cast off he pulled it off trying to get a binky out of his crib.

Russ turned 31 on October 27. He wanted a low key celebration so we went to a movie and dinner on Saturday night and Sunday (his actual birthday) I made his favorite dinner and we had ice cream.

Bryce just keeps getting bigger and learning more and more everyday. I feel like he has a new word every day.
