Christmas Eve we ate posole and green chili chicken enchiladas with sopapillas. We opened presents a little earlier this year because of the babies. Neither Bryce or Graham made it through opening. We have always opened gifts on Christmas Eve and we open them one by one and everyone watches each gift being opened. We realized that might not work out so well anymore now that we have younger kids. They want to open all of them at once and really don't care to see anyone else open their gifts. We were spoiled this year. Russ got a 270 Weatherby and a bike, I got clothes and tickets to Shrek the Musical at Capital theater in March, and Bryce got tons of toys and some clothes. This year Bryce wasn't too interested in gift, he was much more interested in the wrapping paper and lights on the tree. Christmas morning we opened Santa presents, went sledding and then spend the day eating a traditional Christmas dinner at Nana's house. I feel so grateful and blessed to have such a wonderful family. We stayed for an entire week and came home to more snow and freezing cold temperatures.
When we got home we went down to visit Russ' parents since it was our off year for Christmas. Brycey got spoiled yet again with toys and new jammies. We got an awesome folding table. Now we can actually have a place for people to sit when they come over for dinner. While we were there Bryce played dress up in a Santa suit, an old outfit of Russ' and one of Kirk's.
